At CHINÉRA, each garment is meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis, tailored to the specifics of your request. This process begins shortly after your order is placed, ensuring that every piece is a unique creation made just for you.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the bespoke and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. We cannot offer a refund or exchange once an order has entered the production phase. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Damages and Issues

While we uphold the highest standards of quality control, we ask you to please inspect your order upon reception. Please contact us immediately at [Your Customer Service Email] within 48 hours of delivery if you believe the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Order Cancellations
